The Art of Affirmations

To affirm means to make firm in one’s mind.  It helps draw into your life what you affirm. Neuroscientists reveal that 70%  of our self talk is both negative and redundant – so consequently it’s important for us to pay attention to what we are saying to ourselves! We need to replace the old dysfunctional beliefs with positive empowering beliefs.  Using affirmations daily will help re-program our thought patterns and change the way we think and feel about things.  They also help ground our purpose.  Saying them with emotion, or as if they have already happened creates more power behind that belief.

Examples of Affirmations:

“I now set new and higher standards for myself and I step up to every challenge in a state of absolute certainty and unstoppable confidence.”

“I am now confident, assertive, and decisive in every decision.”

“All I need is within me now.”

“I live a life of design rather than a life of reaction.”

“There is always abundance in every area of my life.”

“I am improving in mind, body, and soul every day.”

“Wealth, and all good things are now overflowing in my life.”

Try using affirmations on a daily basis, and watch the magic begin to happen.

My guess is that this is just a linking stragety and I am ok with that-your product line looks good. However, if you are having a problem with viewing this site, I would suggest that you try another browser. I personally prefer Firefox as it give you much better security than Internet Explorer plus there are many additional goodies that you can add on that makes your surfing a better experience. I have also heard that Opera is very good as well as the new Google Chrome browser.

  3. I’ve been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
